About Pyramid Global HospitalityPyramid Global Hospitality values its employees and foster a supportive and inclusive work environment that encourages diversity, growth, development, and wellbeing.The company offers health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, on-site wellness programs, local discounts, and employee rates on hotel stays.Ongoing training and development opportunities help employees build the skills needed to advance their careers.Our PropertyNaples Grande Beach Resort, a prestigious property in the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio, is located in Naples, Florida.The resort features 474 guest rooms and 85,000 square feet of meeting space.It provides exceptional service and experiences for guests, and offers positions across many departments.Employees receive comprehensive training to excel in their roles and are part of a close-knit community that values teamwork, professionalism, and a passion for service.What You Will Have An Opportunity To DoWe are looking for a Maintenance Engineering Supervisor with a strong background in hotel/resort maintenance.The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance department, ensuring the working order of all mechanical equipment, repair and maintenance of property and outdoor grounds, and preventative maintenance.The role includes leading staff and contractors, collaborating with team members, and driving operational excellence.Your RoleRespond to guest maintenance requests and resolve them efficiently.Hire new employees and recommend promotions.Train, motivate, and support subordinate staff to ensure quality service.Coach, discipline, and document staff performance.Recognize and reward superior performance.Direct and supervise staff in operations.Set work schedules according to skill and workload.Organize and participate in meetings and maintain operational records.Monitor budget analysis and capital plans.Manage engineering supplies, parts, inventories, and purchase orders.Coordinate with outside contractors.Ensure correct use of office equipment, EMS systems and Life Safety Systems (training provided).What Are We Looking For?Vocational or technical training preferred.Two years' experience in a similar hospitality maintenance position.Previous supervisory experience.Ability to read and interpret HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing blueprints.Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.Universal refrigerant license.Ability to read wire and schematic diagrams.Capability to use an electrical meter.Physical ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull throughout the shift.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.CompensationPyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location.Compensation may differ in other locations due to labor cost considerations.#J-*****-Ljbffr
