Venezia, Italy Selection 4.0 società tecnologicamente all'avanguardia, specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili di Middle e Top Management in ambito nazionale e internazionale è alla ricerca di un*: Il nostro Cliente è una Tech Company in veloce crescita e prossima ad un'ambiziosa fase di scale up.Il loro prodotto di punta, unico nel suo genere e decisamente pionieristico, è già largamente commercializzato in Italia e US e sta già rivoluzionando il proprio settore di riferimento.L' AI Engineer selezionat* avrà un forte background in Machine Learning e NLP, si unirà al team di prodotto per contribuire allo sviluppo di funzionalità intelligenti all'interno della piattaforma del Cliente.Il suo lavoro avrà un impatto diretto sull'esperienza dei nostri utenti e sull'efficienza con cui i contenuti digitali vengono creati, organizzati e pubblicati.Principali responsabilitàProgettare, sviluppare e integrare modelli AI/ML all'interno del prodotto (NLP, content suggestion, tagging automatico, ecc.)Collaborare con il team prodotto e sviluppo per creare esperienze AI-driven scalabili e performanti Valutare tecnologie AI/LLM (es. Open AI, Claude, open source, ecc.) e definire gli use-case più rilevanti Costruire pipeline di training, tuning e deployment di modelli Monitorare, ottimizzare e mantenere modelli in produzione Supportare attività di R&D e sperimentazione su nuovi approcci3+ anni di esperienza in ruoli di Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist o AI Engineer Ottima conoscenza di Python e delle principali librerie ML (scikit-learn, Py Torch, Tensor Flow, Hugging Face)Esperienza concreta con modelli NLP (LLM, embeddings, fine-tuning)Conoscenza di strumenti e workflow MLOps (model versioning, serving, monitoring)Capacità di scrivere codice pulito, documentato e pronto per la produzione Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Conoscenze di data engineering e pipeline di ETLEsperienza in ambienti Saa S o piattaforme CMS/Mar Tech Punti di forza dell'offerta Un team talentuoso e orientato all'innovazione Un prodotto con forti ambizioni in ambito AICollaborazione diretta con il leadership team Modalità di lavoro flessibile (remoto o ibrido)Possibilità di stock option Sede di Lavoro: Full Remote, ibrido o in sede (Milano)RAL: indicativamente ***** K in base all'effettivo know how e valore aggiunto del candidato#J-*****-Ljbffr
