Carglass is part of an international group, Belron®, operating in over 35 countries and the world leader in vehicle glass repair and replacement.Through our network of service centres, mobile units and a specialised Contact Center, we provide the highest levels of technology, expertise and professionalism across Italy in the repair and replacement of car and truck glass.What has enabled us to become a global leader is the care we put into our work and the way we support our customers in every need.Customers are at the heart of our business, but our people are the ones who make the real difference in the service we deliver every day.We are currently looking for a:EMPLOYEE ADVISORWhat to ExpectThis role directly impacts the employee's experience as a key connecter between People Department and Employees during the employee life cycle within the company and their day to day working life and adds value by providing exceptional support, advice, problem solving, and escalation where needed.The Employee Advisor works extremely close with the business, and a firm understanding of how our business operates is key.This role is expected to spend time out with employees and be visible as well as an advocate for action.If you want to make a real difference in an environment where everyone can truly be themselves, this is the role for youWhat You'll DoFirst point of contact for employee lifecycle and employee relations;Intake for employee grievances, escalation to relevant contact points and follow-up.Support HR Partners and line Managers on legalities and best practices/policies;Gatekeepers for internal policies and create awareness for internal people processes and people support systems and tools;Pro-actively educate our employees on support available for their well-being and act as a support for employees as well as supporting their managers through HR processesProactively collaborate with key stakeholders to drive improvements on employee experience initiatives and raising awareness to the businessOnboarding to new employees on people policies and practicesWhat You'll BringGood experience and knowledge on local HR practiceAbility to handle multiple employee casesExcellent English written and spoken skills.Analytical and problem-solving skillsPassion for employee well-being and supportAbility to remain objective while providing the support on employee needsTrusted individual with strong ability to handle confidential information.Resilient to stressWhat we offerWe put your well-being and the quality of your work life at the center:Incentive plan
