Overview We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Sales Assistant to join our team in Serravalle, supporting one of TLG's in-house brands.Responsibilities Be an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and well assisted and have a memorable experience aligned with the brand.Demonstrate brand awareness, clienteling skills and product knowledge when communicating with customers.Deliver excellence in retail experience and promote a Consumer Centric Culture.Consistently assist and interact with clients in a warm and courteous manner, providing a highly professional approach and outstanding service in order to maximise business and to resolve customer issues Use conversation to discover client needs, partnering them with the appropriate sales professional attitude to achieve sales goals and create brand loyalty Promote team collaboration to build a pleasant and healthy work environment Maintain the work place tidy and organized Perform duties as reports, visual maintenance, etc.Be a point of connection between store and HQ.Required Qualifications Previous experience in the role in retail settings Fluent English (additional language skills a plus) Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Organized and detail oriented attitude Proactivity Strong commitment to build a team environment and collaboration Preferred Qualifications High computer skills a plus #J-*****-Ljbffr
