We're partnering with a mission-driven start-up with a plan to help make systemic positive changes to an industry that needs it.With a rapidly growing presence, this company is at the forefront of developing eco-friendly products that aim to restore ecosystems, reduce carbon emissions, and support sustainable farming practices.As a Sales Lead , you will be responsible for driving market growth within your assigned region.Leveraging your expertise and network, you will build a pipeline of clients, ranging from farmers and distributors to large agricultural enterprises.Your ultimate goal will be to secure long-term partnerships and exceed sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Development: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and market opportunities within the agricultural sector.Client Acquisition: Proactively engage with potential clients through networking, trade shows, and strategic outreach.Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and positioning the company's products effectively.Sales Strategy ExecutionCollaborate with the commercial team to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's goals.Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company standards.Client Education: Provide product demonstrations and educational support to clients, addressing inquiries and showcasing product benefits.ReportingMaintain accurate records of sales activities, market trends, and client interactions, providing regular updates to the management team.Qualifications5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in the agricultural or sustainable farming industry.Strong understanding of the agricultural sector, including bio-stimulators and crop protection products.Established network within the agriculture industry is an advantage.Fluency in English and another European language (Italian or Spanish).Results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Comfortable working with CRM systems and relevant software tools.Experience selling to the local regions – Italy and Spain.LocationRemote, based in Italy or Spain.Compensation50,000 Euros a year base + commission.Visa SponsorshipNot available.Why Join?Opportunity to contribute to meaningful sustainability efforts.Work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with a growing, forward-thinking team.Competitive base salary with a high-performance commission structure.#J-*****-Ljbffr
