Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Key Account Manager – FMCG (Italian Market)Location:Milan (office) + Northern ItalyReporting line:Company headquartersOverviewPosition OverviewDue to the development of our business on the Italian market, we are looking for an experiencedKey Account Managerwho will be responsible for driving sales growth of FMCG products across different distribution channels in Italy, with a strong focus onNorthern Italy.The person in this role will manage a portfolio ofmineral waters(core category) as well asbeer, working in close cooperation with the company's headquarters outside Italy.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping sales and managing key accounts across:Modern Trade (GDO)Traditional TradeHoReCaBuilding and expanding the distribution network on the Italian marketConducting commercial negotiations (pricing, trade terms, promotions)Acquiring new business partners and distributorsMonitoring the market, competitors and sales potentialDelivering sales targets and reporting resultsRegular reporting to the headquarters (in English or Polish)Close cooperation with marketing and logistics teamsRequirementsMinimum5 years of experiencein sales within theFMCGsectorExperience inbeersales or other beverages will be a strong assetIn-depth knowledge of modern trade, traditional trade and HoReCa channelsHigh level ofindependence and ownership in daily workStrong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term business relationshipsFluency in English or Polish, enabling smooth reporting to HQUniversity degree (economics, sales, management, marketing or related fields preferred)Willingness to travel frequently across Northern ItalyWe OfferA strategic and autonomous role with high responsibilityReal impact on brand and business development in ItalyAn international working environmentDirect cooperation with company headquartersCompetitive compensation package, depending on experience and performanceAll necessary work toolsOther detailsSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustries: Food and Beverage Services#J-*****-Ljbffr
