Required to establish, promote and maintain excellent rapport with all customers, salesmen, distributors, and others within the area. Maintain continuous communications with Call Controland the department Manager/Supervisor.What kind of work will you be doing?- Maintenance and commissioning of UPS systems and battery systems at the customer's site- Testing of system parameters and processes, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and repair of malfunctions- Documentation and realization of the assignments on time and on target- Usage of all necessary tools within the VERTIV policies- Emergency Standby within the regionWhat will make you successful?- Technical Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent- Experience of working in a technical service or test environment of AC Power equipment essential- Computer Literate (All office associated programs such as, word, excel, outlook)- Previous field service experience essential- Excellent customer service skills- Strong communication skills- Self starter, ability to plan , organise and manage time effectively with an ability to work under pressure- Clean Valid driving licenceIfYOUare the person we are looking for, feel free to apply and let's start drafting your future career in a healthy and growing environmentThe successful candidate will embrace Vertiv's Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.OUR CORE PRINCIPALS: Safety.
