DescriptionYour role We are looking for a H&S Manager within our Manufacturing team in Castelgomberto, who will report to the H&S Country Leader and to the Plant Manager being part of the plant One team.This role will be the primary leader for all occupational health and safety programs at the Castelgomberto manufacturing site, ensuring the factory's operations, machinery, and personnel strictly adhere to Italian safety legislation while driving continuous improvement in safety performance and culture within an industrial environment.What you will doLegal and Regulatory Site ComplianceAct as the designated Health & Safety expertfor the Castelgomberto site, providing technical expertise to the Employer and line management.Ensure full and specific compliance of all site activities, processes, and infrastructure with relevant national, regional, and local safety regulations (., Fire Prevention, ATEX, Machinery Directive).Manage all safety-related documentation, including certifications, permits, and declarations to local authoritiesLead site preparations for official inspections and external audits.Risk Management and Manufacturing SafetyLead the identification, assessment, and monitoring of risks specific to the manufacturing environment (., machinery, chemical agents, noise, vibration, fire, confined spaces, .Develop, update, and manage the site's mandatory Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi (DVR -
