La nostra società cliente è una nota struttura integrata di consulenza globale specializzata in proprietà intellettuale (tecnica e legale) operante nel Nord Italia.Luogo di lavoro:Il candidato selezionato sarà un Senior Attorney e avrà la responsabilità di gestire in autonomia tutte le fasi delle procedure processuali.Nello specifico la risorsa si occuperà di:Gestione diretta e autonoma di tutte le fasi e tutte le procedure processualiRedazione dei contratti di trasferimento e delle licenze di diritti di proprietà intellettuale.Avere un'età compresa tra i ***** anniVoto di laurea non inferiore a *******Provenienza da liceo classico o scientificoEsperienza di almeno 4 anni in uno studio legale specializzato in proprietà intellettualeBuona conoscenza delle analoghe procedure estere (Germania, Francia e USA)Conoscenza delle procedure praticate dall'Ufficio Brevetti Europeo in sede di esame ed opposizione di domande di brevetto europeoOttima conoscenza della lingua ingleseAttitudine a lavorare sotto stressRequisiti Preferenziali:Esperienza nella redazione di contratti di trasferimento e licenza di diritti di proprietà intellettuale e negoziazione in lingua ingleseIl pacchetto retributivo sarà commisurato alla effettiva esperienza e comunque in grado di soddisfare anche le candidature più qualificate.#J-*****-Ljbffr
