I will uphold these pillars and actively participate in all brand initiatives.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs a Waiter/Waitress Stageur, I will be responsible for efficient operations, including:Greeting guests courteously and attentively.Escorting guests to their tables, assisting with seating, and presenting menus.Answering telephone inquiries courteously and efficiently according to departmental standards.Taking orders from food and beverage menus.Inspecting menus and wine lists for condition and cleanliness.Working with an empathetic attitude.Providing prompt and efficient service as per standards.Preparing mis-en-place before service hours.Having good knowledge of all outlet menus, wine lists, and daily F&B activities.Knowing outlet opening hours.Suggesting upselling opportunities based on menu prices.Keeping all equipment clean and in good condition.Adhering to Six Senses guidelines, standards of service, and operational procedures, exceeding performance benchmarks.Strictly following LQA standards and guest feedback.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; a hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized school is preferred.Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required locally.Fluent in Italian and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.Eligible to work in Italy (EU Citizens only).This overview highlights the role and responsibilities of a Waiter/Waitress Stageur at Six Senses Rome.
