About Muzinich & Co.Muzinich & Co. is a privately owned, global institutional asset manager specializing in corporate credit.For over 25 years, we have delivered superior risk-adjusted returns across diverse market conditions.Our investment strategies span senior loans, high yield bonds, alternative credit, private debt, and investment-grade corporate-plus solutions in both developed and emerging markets.Headquartered in New York, we operate across major financial hubs including London, Paris, Frankfurt, Zurich, Milan, Madrid, Dublin, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Tokyo.We pride ourselves on integrity, transparency, and rigorous risk management, working closely with investors to meet their objectives.Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Intern to join our Institutional Sales team in Milan for a 6-month internship, with the potential for a permanent role based on performance.This is an entry-level position, ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a financial or economic background looking to gain hands-on experience in asset management and client-facing activities.The role provides broad support to the Sales team, including client servicing and reporting coordination activities, support in the creation of bespoke marketing materials, and organizational tasks such as the coordination of meetings, calls, and events with clients.Primary Responsibilities· Provide day-to-day operational support to the Sales team.· Assist with client servicing, including preparation of materials and follow-ups.· Support the preparation and maintenance of sales and client reporting.· Assist in the organization and coordination of meetings, conference calls, and events.· Support the creation and updating of marketing materials, presentations, and pitch books.· Ensure accuracy and consistency across client-facing documents.· Perform Excel-based analyses and help collect and manage data for the Sales team.· Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Investments, Operations, Compliance, Legal) to support Sales.Requirements / Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.· No previous professional experience required; internships or academic projects in finance, sales, or marketing are a plus.· Strong interest in financial markets and asset management.· Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work with data and prepare professional presentations.· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability.· Proactive, collaborative, and willing to support the team across multiple tasks.· Fluency in Italian and English is required.Why Join Muzinich?- Work with a globally recognized leader in corporate credit.- Drive innovation and transformation within a dynamic, growing team.- International exposure and autonomy to innovate the business.
