Instrument and Controls Engineer IncineratorsJoin to apply for theInstrument and Controls Engineer Incineratorsrole atZeeco, Inc.Continue with Google Continue with GoogleInstrument and Controls Engineer Incinerators7 months ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for theInstrument and Controls Engineer Incineratorsrole atZeeco, Inc.Zeeco fosters a robust work environment where employees, from engineering teams to support groups, benefit from a strong culture, trained leadership, and opportunities for growth.Zeeco collaborates with the biggest names in the industry, enabling individuals to broaden their skills alongside teams of subject matter experts.Title: Instrument and Controls Engineer - IncineratorsBase :Zeeco's Lissone office, Milan area.Introduction to ZeecoZeeco is a global leader in combustion and environmental solutions, renowned for our expertise in designing, engineering, and manufacturing advanced burners, incinerators, and environmental control systems.Serving a wide array of industries such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, and power generation, we deliver innovative technologies that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and environmental compliance.At Zeeco, we foster a dynamic work environment driven by a strong culture and supportive leadership that promotes growth and encourages new ideas.Our commitment to technical excellence and client-focused solutions ensures that every decision we make is geared towards providing personalized service and addressing complex challenges.We also prioritize our community, the environment, and each other, creating a team environment where excellence is not just a goal, but a way of life.Join us and contribute to our mission of driving sustainable performance across the globe.About The PositionThe Controls Engineer position will be based out of Zeeco's Lissone office.The position will require knowledge of all Zeeco products, with a focus on Incinerators division products and technical requirements.The position will be responsible for all aspects of assigned jobs to assure quality products are delivered on time and ensuring cost budget controls are followed.Duties And ResponsibilitiesReview of project engineering and sales packages to determine Zeeco's scope of supply.Reading the customer specifications and implementing those specifications as they apply tothe "AS SOLD" equipment, highlighting any incongruence or scope creep.Development of P&ID drawings in coordination with the project, sales and process engineers to meet the Zeeco "AS SOLD" package and contractual requirements.Development of the Control Narrative and Cause & Effect diagram in coordination with the process engineers.Develop data sheets and hook-ups drawings for all the instruments and valves in Zeeco scope: temperature, level, flow, and pressure transmitters along with control valves, positioners, analytical, and various other types of instrumentation.Develop and review drawings for control panels, power distribution, junction boxes, and aviation warning light systems.Included drawings are general arrangement, internal layout, schematics and interconnection and wire diagrams.Prepare and review cable BOM's, routing plans and schedules.Prepare RFQ or Materials Requisition for vendors and perform the technical and commercial alignment of the offers received.Coordinate with the Procurement Dept for the PO placement.Support the PM to review the budget assigned to the control portion, in order toremain within the budget and make every effort to improve it.Prepare bid tab for the control items for PE/PM review and discussion.Perform inspection and test of equipment prior to shipment from Zeeco's fabrication facility.Inspections and test may be performed with the customer and Project Engineer present.Occasional travel to assist the Zeeco sales group, to assist the customer with commissioning of the Zeeco supplied control system, for FAT , HAZOP and SIL meeting or technical meeting with the customer.Travel includes domestic as well as overseas destinations.Qualifications And SkillsQualificationsB.S. degree or Masters Degree in Engineering (Instruments, Automation, Electrical, , etc.) orthree (3) years related experience in a manufacturing environment;
