About us The latent change at the heart of renewable energy : your talent.At Worldwide Recruitment Energy, a recruitment consultancy specialising in the renewable energy sector, we have successfully connected hundreds of professionals with a wide range of companies around the world.With offices in Spain, Italy, France, Mexico and Brazil, we lead the sector in attracting talent for Investment Funds, Portfolio Companies, Independent Power Producers (IPPs), Developers, Consultancies, Utilities, Equipment Manufacturers, EPC Contractors and O&M Companies in Solar PV, Onshore Wind, Offshore Wind, Biomass, Hydro, Energy Efficiency, Energy Storage and Hydrogen.We are currently looking for a MV Connection Engineer to join our M Renewables team in Milan, part of our Italian subsidiary.MissionFollow-up the connection process with grid operators : Supervise the grid connection process providing technical advice and strategic direction to the Development Team;Support the preparation of tender processes for the grid interconnection works : including establishing scope of work, reviewing responses and selecting contractors;Develop effective relationships with potential contractors, suppliers, consultants(and qualification of contractors, suppliers, consultants);Evaluation of offers and follow-up in the tendering process : Support for the preparation of contracts to ensure that works will be executed in accordance with the company's requirements;Functional coordination with the internal departments (finance, legal, technical, procurement, etc.) involved in project assessment, due diligence, or implementation;Identifying and evaluating emerging technologies and techniques to optimize grid connection solutions;Estimate costs and schedule activities of grid interconnections works;Review of Quality Control Plan and Inspection Points Program of EPC / subcontractors;Perform site surveys and Audits during construction : Management and supervision of Engineering and Construction of Grid Connection Works and coordination with Project Managers and Site Engineers;Participation of the relevant phases of Commissioning;ProfileBSc / MEng.; Civil and/or Electrical Engineering background is considered an advantage;Meng.is considered an advantage;Track record (minimum 3 years) in the project management of grid works;Fluency in Italian & English;Knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical & Civil Engineering is considered an advantage;Track record in the construction of HV substation is considered an advantage;Track record in the construction of grid works with E-distribuzione is considered an advantage;Knowledge of the Italian Grid Connection Process (and the TICA) is considered an advantage;Experience in the construction of renewables plants (solar, wind & batteries) is considered an advantage;Knowledge of AUTOCAD;Working experience in Italy;Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;#J-*****-Ljbffr
