Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data in banking and insurance, identifying useful patterns and insights to support business processes and decisions.? Design, develop and implement advanced machine learning, data mining and statistical models to solve complex problems in finance.? Collaborate in cross-functional teams to define project requirements and propose innovative solutions.? Contribute to the development of proprietary frameworks and algorithms to improve the performance of solutions offered to our clients.? Present complex results to technical and non-technical stakeholders, making analysis results understandable.? Support customers in implementing solutions, ensuring knowledge transfer and customization.? Coordinate project activities effectively with internal and external clients.REQUIREMENTS:? Proven experience in data wrangling, cleaning, exploration and feature extraction.? Proven experience in processing and modeling with structured data.? Excellent knowledge of Python and the most important analytical libraries (pandas, numpy, sklearn, shap).? Experience with code versioning systems (git).? Knowledge of statistics, Machine Learning and major clustering, classification and regression algorithms, with special focus on supervised learning models.? Advanced knowledge of statistical techniques, predictive modeling with the application of Machine Learning models, and data analysis.? Knowledge of at least one major cloud environment (Azure, GCP, AWS).? Ability to creatively solve complex problems and propose innovative solutions.? Ability to rapidly prototype ideas/solutions with a critical/experimental approach to data analysis.? Good communication skills and ability to translate technical results into insights for non-experts, and meticulous attention to detail.? Aptitude for teamwork, with strong orientation toward interdisciplinary collaboration.NICE TO HAVE:? Experience in Pyspark development and working in big data platforms.? Experience in processing and modeling with unstructured data (Text Analytics, Computer Vision).? Preferred experience in a consultancy company.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:? Master's degree or PhD with excellent grades in Data Science, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields?
