Do you want to build a better future?About Enfinity GlobalEnfinity Global is a purpose-driven company focused on making a positive impact on the planet by helping companies, governments, and individuals transition to a carbon-free and sustainable economy.Our role as a leading IPP is to develop, finance, build, operate, and own renewable energy assets in the long term in Europe, Asia, and the Americas through our offices in the USA, Spain, Italy, UK, Netherlands, India, and Japan.Our team of over 400 Enfiniters comprises seasoned finance professionals, as well as experienced project developers and operators with extensive industry experience across all stages of the project life cycle.We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job DescriptionEnfinity is looking for an engineer that will be responsible for coordinating all the activities related to the identification, design, development, construction and commissioning of the grid infrastructure (transmission line and electrical substation) necessary to connect PV and BESS projects, being responsible of liaising with the relevant stakeholders with particular reference to Transmission and Distribution System Operators, external engineering companies, development partners including advisors and consultants, also in coordination with other departments such as legal, business and technical development, engineering, construction and operation.The ideal candidate is able to track the status and the progress of several projects efficiently and timely, to properly and effectively report to management, to evaluate risks and to suggest mitigation measures as well as technical improvements actions; is able to manage other resources and to properly allocate activities within the team based on workload and priorities; is able to resolve conflicts, communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders; is also able to act proactively and has strong project management skills that will allow managing several small and large projects simultaneously in cooperation with other members of the teams based in Italy and Spain.Key ResponsibilitiesAssessment of grid connection solutions (high and medium voltage) for large scale renewable plants to the National Grid (including grid reinforcements, construction of new HV stations or reinforcement of existing ones, overhead and underground transmission lines)Identification of the best solution (economical and technical) per each project according to schedule and feasibilityCoordination of internal and external stakeholders, including independent engineering consultants, for the preparation of engineering and feasibility studiesInteraction with external stakeholders to discuss technical solutions and define connection agreementsCost analysis and budget control for the execution of electrical worksOverall project management and collaboration with other company departmentsFollow projects until RtB, handover and support to the construction team during the realization of the interconnection works.In Enfinity Global group you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.Here we will foster your professional and personal growth, and you will have the opportunity to actively contribute and make a real impact on climate change.RequirementsDegree in Electric or Mechanical EngineeringAt least 3 years experience in the energy sector, with strong knowledge of HV and MV electrical substations and electromechanical backgroundKnowledge of the Italian Grid Code and the technical requirements needed to connect large scale renewable plants to the National GridAbility to perform detail-oriented critical reviews of technical documentationFluent in Italian and English, both verbal and written, able to write high quality technical reports.Spanish would be a plusProactive, self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work without supervisionAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and to manage multiple projects at the same timeMultitasking and ability to work according to prioritiesExcellent organizational and time management skillsFlexibility, interdisciplinary teamwork skills and willingness to travel when neededAdvanced experience with Microsoft Office packageBenefitsPrivate Health InsurancePension PlanPaid Time OffWork From HomeTraining & DevelopmentPerformance BonusTickets RestaurantLet's build our future together.Visit to discover more about our culture and values.#J-*****-Ljbffr
