Ariba Subject Matter Expert – Support (EU)Join our team as an experienced Ariba Integration Specialist with functional and technical expertise on the Ariba platform.The successful candidate will demonstrate deep knowledge of Ariba integration frameworks, hands-on experience with cXML and API-based integrations, and a history of managing complex, large-scale procurement system environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support Ariba integrations utilizing CIG, PI/PO, and various middleware solutions.Implement and manage procurement and invoicing processes using cXML, APIs, mapping tools, and middleware platforms.Troubleshoot and resolve issues across end-to-end procurement and invoicing workflows to ensure seamless transaction processing.Manage supplier and catalog integrations, including onboarding, updates, and compliance activities.Monitor integration interfaces, address errors, and maintain the stability and reliability of integration processes.Interpret, develop, and maintain integration artifacts such as iFlows, mappings, and scripts, tailored to the technology landscape.Provide comprehensive configuration and functional support throughout the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize integration performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills & Experience7–10 years of hands-on experience with Ariba, encompassing both functional and technical aspects.In-depth understanding of the Ariba Integration Framework (CIG / PI/PO).Proficiency in cXML, APIs, mapping, and middleware technologies.Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting procurement and invoicing processes.Experience with iFlows, integration mappings, or scripting.Strong knowledge of the P2P lifecycle and associated configurations.Proven ability to support enterprise-level systems with multiple integrations.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with cross-functional SAP modules.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to excel in dynamic, global environments.Location: Milan, Lombardy, Italy.Seniority level: Mid-Senior level.Employment type: Full-time.Job function: Information Technology.Industries: Food and Beverage Services.To apply, create your account on GloPros.#J-*****-Ljbffr
