Job Title: PV and BESS Design Engineer Location: RemoteWork Schedule: Full-timeYour Responsibilities:Development of design drawings and optimization of technical solutions for PV plants and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), including:Layout design, component selection, and system couplingProducibility analysis and drafting of descriptive reportsDrafting of estimated metric calculationsCalculation and sizing of photovoltaic plants, MV cables, and MV / HV substationsExecutive design of utility-scale PV plants and BESS, including review and validationDrafting of As-Built documentsCoordination with the site manager during construction to ensure compliance with the executive designTechnical support to Project Managers during site operationAnalysis of test results on photovoltaic modules and plant components during Mechanical Completion and PAC phasesSupport in defining and reviewing EPC contractsTechnical assistance in negotiations with customers, suppliers, and external consultantsYour Profile:Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred)4+ years of experience in a similar roleStrong proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, PVSyst, and PVCaseExperience with DigSilent is an advantageAnalytical mindset with a structured and problem-solving approachAbility to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across various projectsPassion for renewable energy and technical innovationValid Class B driver's licenseResidence in Rome, Italy, or willingness to relocateFluent English and Italian skills, both spoken and writtenStructured and analytical approach with a problem-solving mindsetStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team of experienced engineersPassion for renewable energy and sustainable technologiesWhat We Offer:A dynamic work environment with exciting projects in the renewable energy sectorOpportunities for growth and technical development through hands-on project experienceCollaboration with experienced professionals in the industry#J-*****-Ljbffr
