FunctieomschrijvingFor a multinational company in the pharmaceutical field we are looking for a Business Insights Manager.Il Business Insights Manager (BIM) ha un ruolo chiave nel fornire al Regional Commercial Strategy Lead e all'Integrated Brand Value Team Lead raccomandazioni strategiche attuabili, derivanti dall'integrazione di insight provenienti da ricerche di mercato, analisi della concorrenza, analisi, previsioni, dati CRM, social media ed evidenze dal mondo reale.Work site: MilanoContract duration: 7 monthsResponsabilitàMAIN ACTIVITIES/TASKS:· Works closely with the Business Analytics and Forecasting Manager (BAFM) to generate expert recommendations from the optimal deployment of Business Intelligence data, methods and tools, in the support of performance monitoring and forecasting,· Drives strategic decision-making through the provision, analysis and interpretation of information and metrics.· Contributes to Brand Value Planning with integrated insights and implications.Functie-eisenESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence in a healthcare company.· Minimum of a Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline that should include some economic, mathematical or statistical element and business informatics.· Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry and changes in the business model (current trends and future outlook).· Significant personal experience and achievements in Market Research, Forecasting, and Analytics / Performance Reporting.· Excellent written and spoken English.La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.******).Ti preghiamo di leggere l'informativa sulla privacy Randstad ( ai sensi dell'art.13 del Regolamento (UE) ******** sulla protezione dei dati (GDPR).by helplavoro.it
