Process Assistant, Global RAD OperationsJob ID : | Amazon.com Services LLCThe OpsTech Solutions organization provides world-class IT services for Amazon's fulfillment centers and transportation networks worldwide.Within Opstech Solutions, our global Supply Chain organization ensures that Amazon operations sites have the tech equipment that they need, when they need it.We are seeking a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Operations Team as a Process Assistant supporting our flagship Rapid Asset Deployment site, RAD1.This role is based out of RAD1 in Antioch, Tennessee.Standard hours of operations are Monday–Friday, 6am–5:00pm with three shifts: 6am–2:30pm, 8am–4:30pm, and 8:30am–5pm (additional shifts pending).The Process Assistant reports to the Area Manager and holds responsibilities specific to different fulfillment center areas.The role also provides hands-on support to Associates, Area Managers, support agencies, and Operations and IT Managers in RAD1.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and work in assigned department as required.Support daily management of department duties: allocate labor, lead meetings, assign job duties, and communicate with internal and external suppliers.Provide policy follow-up and attendance tracking (excluding discipline).Track and report labor hours.Assist floor associate resources, train associates, and verify SOP compliance.Ensure successful area performance through tracking, reporting, and feedback of associate performance.Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives in some capacity.Fill in for production duties as needed.Fully understand workflow and daily production goals.Review and update SOP as required.Assist in keeping work area clean and organized.Identify and address safety hazards within the work area.Coach associates to work safely at all times.Participate in safety initiatives.Additional duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to work a flexible schedule / shift / work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.Commitment to work 40 hours per week, with overtime as required.Preferred Qualifications3+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience.Equal Opportunity EmployerAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.We welcome accommodations during the application and hiring process.For more information, visitCompensation & BenefitsStarting pay includes base rate plus the highest available shift differential.Eligible for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and additional earnings.Benefits include EAP, mental health support, medical advice line, and 401(k) matching.Learn more at#J-*****-Ljbffr
