About Tecnimont SpAWe are Tecnimont SpA, an EPC contractor of Maire Tecnimont Group, a global leader in Engineering & Construction, Technology & Licensing, and Energy Business Development and Ventures.The Employee will be seconded on site abroad.He reports functionally to the Project Manager and hierarchically to the Construction Department Manager.He is the Tecnimont official Representative towards Client and Subcontractor at Site and, whenever necessary, local Authorities.He is responsible for the performance of all mobilized personnel and for all site activities, in particular for the final result, in terms of HSE performance, quality, duration and costs of construction.He manages all site activities and ensures the Responsible of the Project for construction and site management, in compliance with HSE, time schedules, costs and quality, managing the allocated resources in agreement with the respective Departments.He is also responsible for the full implementation of all applicable Legal and other Requirements.Main ResponsibilitiesDefine the approach to Construction and develop the detailed construction scheduleCo-operate in selecting Subcontractors and awarding subcontracts, checking the documents issued for Inquiry, ensuring that management specifications and subcontract schedule are prepared, preparing technical tabulations and indicating the order of preference for bids deemed technically acceptableAs first responsible for HSE, ensure implementation at site of the Tecnimont HSE policy, HSE management system and related performance objectives and targetsActivate all organizational and logistic aspects of the SiteManage the allocated resources in agreement with the referenced DepartmentEnsure compliance with time schedule, cost, quality and HSE with the Responsible of the ProjectManage the contract with Client according to the Project Manager's guidelinesThrough site management personnel, manage site subcontractsOrganize and develop procurement activities for materials to be purchased locallyGuarantee continuity between completion of Construction and Precommissioning to optimize project schedule timingEstablish and check reporting for Head Office and, according to the Project Manager's directives, to ClientOrganize corrective actions required to prevent interruptions to erection activities, reduce delays and bring costs back to budget levelsPrepare the Site final reportKnowledge & QualificationsGood level of English; additional foreign language is a plusKnowledge of EPC multidisciplinary activities is a mustKnowledge of the principle Oil & Gas construction sequencesAvailability to be relocated abroad for the entire duration of the assigned project4-5 or more years of experience in a similar position is a plusOrganization, analytical approach and abstraction and synthesis skillsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function/Industries: Industrial Machinery Manufacturing and Oil and Gas#J-*****-Ljbffr
