Il gruppo ITEL, operante nei settori medicale, farmaceutico e della compatibilità elettromagnetica, ricerca e seleziona un Project Manager per l'estero che avrà un ruolo cruciale nella gestione condivisa dei cantieri, assicurando il coordinamento tra i vari reparti e l'ottimizzazione delle risorse.Il candidato ideale possiede una solida esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi.Le attivita: Coordinare e supervisionare tutte le fasi di pianificazione dei cantieri, garantendo il rispetto dei tempi e del budget; Favorire la comunicazione tra i vari reparti (progettazione, produzione, spedizione, installazioni e commerciale); Garantendo elevati standard di qualità e sicurezza; Ottimizzare l'allocazione delle risorse (manodopera, materiali, attrezzature) tra i diversi cantieri, minimizzando sprechi e sovrapposizioni; Identificare e risolvere tempestivamente eventuali problematiche o conflitti tra le attività dei diversi reparti o cantieri.I requisiti richiesti per il profilo sono: laurea in Ingegneria; Disponibilitàa trasferte; 4/5 anni di esperienza come Project Manager in ambito edile, con relativi corsi e/o certificazioni; Ottime capacità di pianificazione, gestione delle risorse e problem-solving; Forti doti comunicative e capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari; Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi; Conoscenza della lingua inglese, quella spagnola sarà considerata un plus.L'inquadramento sarà commisurato all'esperienza maturata Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
