The Company Como **** Football Club, owned by SENT Entertainment, is competing in Serie A, the top league in Italy.With three promotions in the last five seasons and a stadium located on the beautiful Lake Como, our club offers a football experience unmatched in both thrill and beauty.Our ownership is dedicated to the advancement of the club on and off the pitch, striving to create an innovative global football brand that empowers our community and acts as an ambassador for the city of Como, while providing an authentic Italian experience.The Role We are looking for an Email Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support the planning, creation, and optimization of email marketing campaigns across the company's various business lines.Working closely with the wider marketing function and internal stakeholders, the Email Marketing Coordinator will define and manage the email communication calendar, ensuring each campaign reflects the brand's tone of voice and business priorities.The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital marketing and CRM dynamics, and is eager to contribute to building engaging and high-performing consumer journeys through data-driven strategy and marketing automation.Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute email marketing campaigns across different business areas, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.Collaborate with internal teams to collect and organize content for newsletters and lifecycle communications.Define and maintain a seasonal email calendar, ensuring consistency in timing, tone, and messaging.Monitor email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, deliverability) and share insights to improve future campaigns.Support the development and optimization of consumer journeys and marketing automation flows aimed at increasing engagement and revenue.Manage and optimize campaigns using CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools.Ensure compliance with GDPR and best practices for data privacy and email deliverability.Collaborate with the design and CRM team to ensure correct email rendering and performance across devices.Qualifications Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in Email Marketing and Digital Marketing, ideally in consumer-facing environments.Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.).Strong understanding of email marketing KPIs, segmentation, and targeting logic.Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template management and troubleshooting.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork attitude.Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar.Experience in the sports and/or retail industry is a plus, but not a requirement.Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).What we offer Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package such as meal vouchers, smart working and flexible working hours Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and inclusive work environment.SENT Entertainment and Como **** FC are equal opportunity employers.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or any other status protected by applicable national laws.
