Mackenzie Stuart is partnered with an innovative, groundbreaking nutraceutical ingredient manufacturer that distributes globally.We are seeking a highly motivated Vice President of Global Supply Chain to oversee project management, supply chain and procurement, continuous improvement, and capex.You will be the bridge between strategic goals and day-to-day operations.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute global supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives.Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture.Drive operational excellence through Lean principles, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction.Oversee global Capex projects and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.Manage change initiatives, including turnarounds and rapid growth scenarios.Set and achieve ambitious KPIs, ensuring accountability across regions.Align supply chain operations with production, procurement, marketing, sales, and R& D.
