Descrizione lavoro Ferrari has a most desirable track record, in Formula One as well as in GT production cars, record business results and voted one of the World's most powerful brands.Working with Ferrari means working with engineering excellence and innovation on the highest level.Above all Ferrari is an international team working with the highest level of professionalism and dedication, based on performance, meritocracy and continuous development, with innovation at the heart of our future.To strengthen our Industrial Department, we are looking to hire a Buildings Project Manager based in Maranello (Italy).In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating our plant expansion and modernization projects.You will play a crucial role in the organization, managing and supervising project activities to ensure that every step of the process, from planning to execution, meets defined standards of quality, sustainability, and budget.Key ResponsibilitiesProject PlanningDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, required resources, and budgets.Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing effective mitigation plans.Coordination and SupervisionCoordinate the activities of all project participants (architects, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors).Supervise project progress, ensuring deadlines, technical specifications, and quality standards are met.Organize and conduct regular update meetings with the project team and stakeholders.Budget ManagementMonitor and control expenditures, ensuring the project remains within budget forecasts.Manage budget variances and approve additional expenditures when necessary.Quality and ComplianceEnsure compliance with local building regulations, environmental standards, and corporate sustainability policies.Perform periodic quality checks to monitor progress and resolve any issues.Accurately manage project documentation, ensuring it is complete, accurate, and well organized.Communication and RelationshipsMaintain clear and transparent communication with all stakeholders, including internal teams.Manage relationships with internal teams (Technology) and external partners involved in the projects.In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achived excellent academic results with a Master-degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.You should ideally have gained at least 3 years of experience as a Project Specialist in the building or industrial sector.Proven experience in budget management and in the planning and management of construction sites will be considered a strong asset.Ability to work in a highly dynamic and fast-changing environment and strong communication skills, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization are important to manage activities and responsabilities of the role.Fluent English is required; Italian language skills are an advantage.International experience and a multicultural mindset are highly valued.Please apply directly on Ferrari.com (Careers pages)We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.Location: Maranello, ItalySeniority: Associate, Mid-LevelContract duration: Permanent contractFerrari offer: Company sports & fitness facilities, company restaurant with seasonal menus and wellness options, preventive health programs for staff and children, scholarships, school book refunds, summer camp, Ferrari events and Family Day.#J-*****-Ljbffr
