Adecco Senior Consultant ricerca per azienda leader nel settore dei servizi professionali un /una Specialista vendite e servizi tenderIl profilo ricercato ha un approccio dinamico e orientato ai risultati ed avrà il compito di promuovere e sviluppare le soluzioni dell'azienda presso aziende pubbliche e private. La posizione prevede trasferte costanti nel Nord Italia (circa 2-3 giorni a settimana), per instaurare relazioni solide e garantire un servizio di eccellenza.Responsabilità principaliPresentare e promuovere le soluzioni di servizio presso i clienti assegnati.Collaborare con le strutture interne per la preparazione e gestione delle offerte e della documentazione di gara.Supportare le fasi di attivazione dei servizi e garantire la corretta implementazione.Raggiungere gli obiettivi di budget e fornire report puntuali sull'attività svolta.Partecipare a fiere ed eventi di settore su richiesta della Direzione Commerciale.Profilo idealeEsperienza nella vendita di servizi e nella gestione clienti.Forte orientamento commerciale, capacità relazionali e problem solving.Disponibilità a trasferte frequenti (2-3 pernottamenti a settimana).Patente B e disponibilità all'utilizzo prolungato dell'autovettura.Buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici (Excel in particolare).Proattività, riservatezza e ottime capacità comunicative.Preferibile competenza in ambito gare/tender.OffertaInquadramento impiegatizio (livello B3-C2 CCNL di riferimento).RAL tra 30K e 35K + provvigioni.Auto aziendale ad uso promiscuo secondo policy.Opportunità di crescita in un contesto dinamico e stimolante.Il presente annuncio è rivolto a candidati ambosessi (l.****** – D.lgs n.********), anche appartenenti alle categorie protette (l.*****).
