Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)Start Date: 29 January ****Department: Marketing CSShift ModelInitial schedule: 12-hour hoop (Monday–Sunday)Shifts: 07:*****:00 or 10:*****:00Future schedule (date TBC): 24/7 operation with rotative shiftsTwo rotating days offRole SummaryWe are looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist fluent in Italian and English to manage paid campaigns, support digital marketing operations, and collaborate closely with clients in a fast-paced environment.This is an on-site role based in Lisbon.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns.Provide customer service support related to advertising technology products.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality campaign performance.Analyze, monitor, and report on campaign metrics.Support clients through a contact centre environment.Work both independently and as part of a team to meet performance objectives.RequirementsMandatory: Experience in paid campaign management.Degree in Marketing or related field.Previous experience in Digital Marketing.Experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program for an Advertising Tech company.Strong familiarity with major social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital advertising.Excellent customer service–oriented skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Fluency in Italian + English.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: competitiveAccommodation: Shared accommodation providedMeal Allowance per working day
