This role encompasses a diverse range of activities, focusing on providing exceptional support for our service operations as well as our cutting-edge new equipment. Specifically, this position involves working with aseptic filler machines from Sidel's extensive portfolio, both old and new. Your Mission The Aseptic Product Support ECA Automation Engineer plays a vital role within the Product Support ECA organization, offering a dynamic blend of office-based responsibilities and occasional onsite missions.
In this position, you will ensure the seamless operational follow-up and technical support (on automation side) for all aseptic products associated with the filling platform, including essential trade equipment such as cappers, inspection systems, nitrogen dosers, and printers..., throughout the entire lifecycle of the machines. Additionally, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive support to your colleagues—Field Service Engineers, Installation Site Managers, Project Managers, Customer Care Managers, and Automation Field Coordinators—ensuring they are well-equipped to assist customers through various channels, including email, ticketing systems, telephone communications, and onsite visits. You main missions will be the following: Execute troubleshooting on all aseptic filler and associated trade equipment, concerning automation platform Secure Non Conformity and warranty cost management Support Field Service Engineers during projects and service site execution on automation side Apply RCA methodology on automation issues, driving data collection and preventive/corrective action Provide daily telephone
