Dentsply Sirona is the world's largest manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies, with a 130-year history of innovation and service to the dental industry and patients worldwide.Dentsply Sirona develops, manufactures, and markets a comprehensive solutions offering including dental and oral health products as well as other consumable medical devices under a strong portfolio of world class brands.Dentsply Sirona's products provide innovative, high-quality and effective solutions to advance patient care and deliver better and safer dentistry.Dentsply Sirona's global headquarters is located in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA.The company's shares are listed in the United States on NASDAQ under the symbol XRAY.Regional Sourcing Lead - Office basedWe are looking for a Regional Sourcing Lead to join our team at Dentsply Sirona.This role is accountable for defining and executing sourcing strategies for global categories within the EMEA region.It sets the standard for supplier base management, drives compliance with preferred suppliers and purchasing channels, and ensures the realization of regional savings targets.The position actively represents Global Procurement across multiple organizational levels, supports a wide range of sub-categories and projects, and ensures the delivery of procurement objectives.The role involves developing and implementing sourcing policies and procedures, identifying and qualifying strategic vendors and partners, and managing supplier relationships to maximize value.Responsibilities include conducting market analyses, leading regional RFPs, and aligning outcomes with category strategies and stakeholder needs.The Regional Sourcing Lead collaborates closely with DS EMEA sites and functions to ensure the full deployment of regional category strategies.The role can be covered in Italy (Rome or Badia Polesine), France (Versailles), Spain (Barcelona) or in Slovakia (Bratislava) and will be office based.ResponsibilitiesLead cost savings initiatives across all savings types and establish a long-term (3+ years) savings pipeline.Deliver on Procurement KPIs for assigned regions and categories.Define, implement, and continuously improve regional procurement strategies aligned with global direction.Lead sourcing activities including RFPs, RFQs, e-auctions, and supplier negotiations.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (MSAs, SOWs, SLAs) in partnership with Legal and stakeholders.Manage supplier base: optimize payment terms, consolidate suppliers, and increase spend under MSAs and preferred vendors.Build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships, lead QBRs, and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous performance.Act as procurement partner for business units and corporate functions, ensuring proactive engagement and stakeholder education on procurement policies.Manage category performance regionally, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with global standards.Foster collaboration and team spirit by working closely with Strategic Buyers.Lead change initiatives, process improvements, and best practice sharing to enhance procurement efficiency.Requirements and Qualifications5–10 years of experience in Indirect Procurement (HR, Professional Business Services, Marketing, Meetings & Events, Real Estate).Proven experience leading categories across multiple countries/entities.Strong background in strategic sourcing, TCO analysis, and category strategy development.Track record of successful cost savings and value delivery.Demonstrated expertise in contract management and supplier negotiations.Key Skills & CapabilitiesProject management skills to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives.Strong problem-solving ability, agility, and adaptability in dynamic environments.Change management experience at local and regional levels.DentsplySirona is an Equal Opportunity/ Affinitive Action employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, disability, or protected Veteran status.We appreciate your interest in DentsplySirona.If you need assistance with completing the online application due to a disability, please send an accommodation request to Please be sure to include "Accommodation Request" in the subject.#J-*****-Ljbffr
