The Social Media & Marketing Manager will lead the planning, creation, and execution of the practice's marketing and patient outreach initiatives.This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, enjoys engaging with people online, and understands how to build a consistent brand across digital platforms.You will play a key role in attracting new patients, enhancing our reputation, and promoting our services.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow the practice's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)Create engaging content, including photos, videos, stories, and posts showcasing our team, services, and patient experiencePlan and execute monthly marketing campaigns and promotionsMonitor online reviews, respond professionally, and enhance our digital reputationManage the practice website updates and ensure content is accurate and appealingDevelop patient outreach materials (newsletters, email campaigns, flyers)Coordinate community events, sponsorships, and partnershipsCollaborate with the front office and clinical teams to promote services and specialsEnsure alignment with brand guidelines and compliance with dental marketing regulationsQualificationsExperience in social media management, marketing, or content creation (healthcare or dental preferred but not required)Strong written and visual communication skillsKnowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics toolsBasic photography/video skills and familiarity with editing apps/softwareHighly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyFriendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with patients and staffBonus: Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, website editing, or SEOWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceFlexible schedule optionsPositive, team-oriented work environmentOpportunities for creativity and professional growthDental care benefits#INDRequirements:1-2 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical skills to assess social media metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.A passion for creating compelling content that captures audience attention.Offering $25-$30 per hour; dental for you and your whole immediate family through the office.#J-*****-Ljbffr
