OverviewFood & Beverage Supervisor role at TicketOne, responsible for the management and coordination of FOH (Front of House) staff within the Food & Beverage department, ensuring operational efficiency, cost optimization and maintenance of the venue's quality standards.ResponsibilitiesGestione del personale FOH: Coordinare i team di sala, bar e accoglienza.Pianificare e monitorare i turni di lavoro in base a flussi operativi e picchi di attività.Garantire il rispetto delle policy aziendali e dell'immagine della venue.Controllo costi e produttività: Monitorare quotidianamente i costi del lavoro; Analizzare KPI di performance e proporre azioni correttive.Supportare il F&B Director e gli Head of Department nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi economici.Formazione e SOPs: Organizzare training periodici per il personale FOH; Assicurare l'applicazione, il rispetto e l'aggiornamento delle SOPs aziendali.Coordinamento logistico e magazzino: Collaborare con i team Logistics, Procurement e Facility per la distribuzione delle merci; Gestire le attività di stoccaggio, movimentazione e approvvigionamento nei diversi outlet.Inventari e controllo consumi: Supervisione di inventari periodici di attrezzature e prodotti FOH; Analizzare consumi e sprechi, proponendo misure correttive.QualificationsDiploma/Laurea in Hospitality Management o settori affini.Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili in contesti F&B complessi (venue, hotel, catering, stadi).Competenze in pianificazione turni, controllo costi e procedure di inventario.Leadership, problem solving, ottime capacità organizzative e comunicative.Conoscenza dell'italiano e buona padronanza dell'inglese.DetailsDipartimento:Food & BeverageLocation:Arena MilanoRiporta a:Food & Beverage DirectorTicketOne rispetta le pari opportunità; tutte le candidature verranno egualmente valutate se in linea con le posizioni aperte indipendentemente da sesso, razza, orientamento sessuale, religione, stato familiare, gravidanza o maternità.AdditionalSeniority level:Not ApplicableEmployment type:Full-timeJob function:Management and ManufacturingIndustries:Entertainment#J-*****-Ljbffr
