Stiamo cercando un/unaDSR a Partita IVAche si occupi disviluppo commerciale outbound, con un focus preciso:gestione liste a freddo, sviluppo nuove liste e gestione lead tiepidi.Se ti piace il lavoro di relazione e conversione, quello in cuila differenza la fanno metodo, costanza e qualità delle conversazioni, potresti essere la persona giusta.RistoBusiness è diventatoun gruppo in forte crescita che lavoraesclusivamente con imprenditori della ristorazione.Oggi siamooltre 40 collaboratori, e il gruppo include 3 aziende:RistoBusiness,Tomato AI,RistoHR Care.Lavoriamo ogni anno conmigliaia di clientinel settore food e Hotels , aiutando i ristoratori a trasformare il locale in un'azienda che produce utile (non solo incassi e mal di testa).RistoBusiness: formazione e consulenza per aumentare marginalità, controllo di gestione, organizzazione e performance economiche del locale.Tomato AI: software che automatizza il controllo di gestione, analizza i dati e supporta il ristoratore nelle decisioni operative (numeri chiari, zero improvvisazione).RistoHR Care: consulenza del lavoro e gestione del personale nella ristorazione, con focus su ottimizzazione costo del lavoro e strumenti per pagare meglio senza far esplodere i costi.Siamo diretti, concreti e orientati ai risultati.Qui si lavora con numeri e metodo, non con "secondo me".Cosa farai (davvero)? Gestione diliste a freddo(chiamate + follow-up)?Sviluppo nuove liste(ricerca, segmentazione, arricchimento)? Gestione e nurturing dilead tiepidifino alla qualificazione? Aggiornamento CRM e tracciamento attività?
