Sales Account Manager Company: Gi Group Holding (Gi HR Services)Location: ItalyGi Group Italia is a leading Italian multinational in the HR industry, offering a wide range of staffing, consulting, and training services.The Group operates in more than 37 countries and focuses on sustainable work, equity, diversity, and inclusion.Internal staff of Gi HR Services, a group company that provides advanced outsourcing and HR consulting, is looking for a Sales Account Manager.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Account Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, and developing commercial strategies across all business lines (payroll, administrative back office, back office) and for achieving sales targets.Preparation of the sales budget and forecasts.Periodic analysis of ongoing negotiations, shared with the Sales Manager.Creation of direct and indirect sales opportunities through all available sales channels (website, CRM, group initiatives, cross-selling, networking).Management of negotiations with new and existing client companies.Constant updating of the CRM.Collaboration and communication with all internal company functions.Participation in monthly management meetings to share leads and results.Promotion of initiatives aimed at developing the assigned sales area, in interaction with GiHRS Marketing and other Gi Group Holding sales functions.Participation in group initiatives.Periodic analysis of competition and proposition of new actions in agreement with the Sales Manager.QualificationsWe are looking for someone who:Has experience selling HR services and managing complex economic negotiations with structured companies.Has knowledge of the target market and the HR structures of structured companies.Is proactive in commercial development and goal-oriented, with a natural inclination toward relationships and understanding client needs.Has analytical and synthesis skills and a collaborative spirit.Benefits and Work ConditionsSmart working, a rewarding system, and the Gi Well welfare plan are offered.Customized training plans are provided through b*right, our corporate university.RecruiterTalent Acquisition & Employer Branding Expert at Gi Group Holding – HQ HR Department.Employment DetailsSector: Staffing and Recruiting AgencyRole: Commercial/SalesManaging others: NoContract type: Permanent contract (Contratto a tempo indeterminato)Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesStaffing and RecruitingEqual Employment Opportunity StatementThe Group is accredited by the Ministry of Labour (Aut.
