Who we are: Working together, growing together, creating new things together: EDAG connects people and the future.Company and workforce share the same vision.You'll go your own way in your career at a high level, nationally or internationally.High competence and the passion for new challenges make our Vehicle Engineering division the guidepost to the automotive future.Take your next step and support our team.This will make you grow:Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams for the design, development, and validation activities in one of the following areas: Interior / Exterior / Body & Closures.Define project scope, timing, and deliverables in alignment with program objectives.Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to cost, quality, and timing targets.Act as the main interface between Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, and suppliers.Manage implementation of risk assessment and mitigation plans for technical and timing issues.Lead technical reviews and decision-making processes throughout development phases.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal specifications.And this is how you'll take us forward:Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.Experience in automotive product development, with a focus on Interiors /Exteriors or Body & Closures.Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly technologies.Familiarity with CAD tools (CATIA) and PLM systems.Experience in project management methodologies and tools.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.Fluent in English.Experience in luxury brands and/or supercars development is very welcome.Availability for short business travels abroad.Gender, age, nationality, or religion are not relevant for us – you are all that matters.Sounds like your next challenge?Then we'll be looking forward to your applicationFor all information about EDAG as an employer and further career opportunities, please visit.#J-*****-Ljbffr
