Geiger Food Ingredients Recruitment & Consulting is searching for an international Food Ingredients Company with a global network of plants, sales offices, and R&D centres for the position of General Manager Food Ingredients Europe.Location: Northern Italy, onsiteThis is a Business-to-Business role.Please apply only if you have experience in Flavours, Colours, Extracts, Dried Fruit and Vegetables, and other value-added Food Ingredients, not FMCG or HORECA sectors.- You will be in charge of Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, NPD.- You are a specialist in Food Ingredients.- Develop strategies and formulate the annual business plan, market share objectives.- Lead a larger team: Finance, Operations, Sales Business Development, R&D, NPD, etc.- Develop, lead, and manage all commercial activities, implementing innovative, growth-focused strategies, especially in new product areas and emerging markets.- Ensure profitable business growth and commercial success.- Require an MBA from a reputed institute and ***** years of experience in the Food B2B industry.- Responsible for driving the entire business operations with a focus on top-line and bottom-line performance, increasing revenues, and profitability.- Fluent in English and other local languages such as Italian.TasksThis is not an FMCG or Hotel General Manager role.RequirementsPlease apply only if you have held a GM position in Europe within the Food Ingredients sector.Candidate should be multicultural, personable, and willing to travel 50% of the time.#J-*****-Ljbffr
