Tosca is a global leader in reusable packaging and pooling solutions that serve the supply chain end to end.Re-use is the key word, as Tosca drives the transition from single-use packaging to a circular model of robust, reusable containers, pallets, bins, crates, and more.We focus on optimizing the flow of perishables and eliminating waste – whether product, packaging, labor, or transportation.Our reusable plastic products improve product quality, create more efficient supply chains, and are more sustainable than single-use packaging.To strengthen our dynamic team in Agrate Brianza (Italy), we're looking for a Transport Planner with strong language skills in German and English, with additional knowledge of Polish or another language considered advantageous.You are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our European logistics operations.As a Transport Planner , you will coordinate and optimize transport operations for assigned regions while providing support to other areas in Europe.You will work closely with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient routes, cost control, and high customer satisfaction.This role is also open to candidates with a background in other planning areas within supply chain (such as production planning, inventory planning, or materials planning) who are motivated to develop their expertise in transport planning.Manage transport planning for assigned regions and act as back-up for other areas in Europe.Liaise with logistics partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.Optimize transport routes to reduce costs and minimize carbon footprint.Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization initiatives within our European logistics team.Training or experience in logistics, supply chain planning, industrial administration, or similar fields.Experience in transport planning is an advantage, but not required — we also welcome candidates from other supply chain planning functions who are eager to transition into transport planning.Strong motivation to learn and passion for logistics and operational excellence.Fluent in German and English , knowledge of Polish or another language is considered a plusProficiency in MS Office, especially ExcelPermanent contract with a competitive remuneration package aligned with your skills and experience.Continuous investment in your personal and professional development through training and coaching.A supportive, collaborative team environment where your ideas and contributions matter.We believe this is an exciting opportunity for someone ready for a new challenge in a fast-paced, international environment.If you want to be part of a team that values collaboration, sustainability, and innovation, we'd love to hear from you.Send us your CV and motivation letter in English.
