Migrazioni / Direzione Operazioni, emergenze e soccorsiUnits : 1Sede : RomaContract type and duration : co.co.co.untilGross salary : ****** € annui lordi, re-calibrated for effective contract durationScope of function : The professional profile is sought for its specific abilities in the management and implementation of projects financed and co-financed, specifically those financed by the European Union.The candidate will be inserted in the project team to support the execution of the activities defined in the operational plan, with particular attention to technical-organisational aspects, monitoring and reporting.ResponsibilitiesSupport the operational management of the FAMI project.Monitor project activity progress and contribute to data collection.Draft technical reports and narrative documentation.Collaborate in technical and administrative reporting.Participate in technical meetings, training moments and public events related to the project.RequirementsMandatory requirementsDegree: Laurea triennale.Experience: at least one year of professional experience in a team managing projects financed by European or national funds.Technical competences: knowledge of the FAMI program procedures.Language: excellent Italian, good English (at least B2).Computer: Office package, especially Word and Excel.Preferred requirementsExperience in project reporting and financial reporting.Direct experience in migration, reception, social inclusion or intercultural mediation.Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation tools.Transversal competencesCommitment to the mission and principles of the Red Cross.Precision and attention to detail.Ability to work in team and under stress with urgent deadlines.Selection processApplications must be submitted exclusively through the registration platform In-Recruiting within the framework of this announcement.Candidates must fill out the web form published on the official website of the Association, providing all required data and attaching a current CV, identity document and photo.The application deadline is 12 December **** at 12:00.Candidates will receive an email confirming registration.After review, candidates that best match the expected profile may be called for a technical-motivational interview.Only applications that meet the mandatory requirements at the time of submission will be considered.Non-compliance with the mandatory requirements will result in exclusion from the selection procedure.The Association reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the selection procedure without any liability to the candidates.ContactFor any further information or clarification, please send an e-mail to with the subject line "Migration officer – progetto Fami Start".#J-*****-Ljbffr
