ABOUT SZCommunication Boutique Agency dinamica e creativa con sede a Milano, specializzata in progetti di comunicazione integrata — online e offline — nei settorilifestyle, moda e design.RUOLOSiamo alla ricerca di un*Influencer Marketing Managere Digital PRappassionat* di comunicazione, cultura digitale e nuove tendenze social.La figura si occuperà di sviluppare, gestire e ottimizzare le collaborazioni con creator e ambassador per progetti di comunicazione e campagne integrate.MANSIONIIdeare strategie di influencer marketing in linea con i valori e gli obiettivi dei brand clienti.Identificare, selezionare e ingaggiare creator e talent in target.Gestire la relazione con talent agency, influencer e ambassador.Monitorare le performance delle campagne, analizzando risultati e KPI.Collaborare con i team interni (creative, social, PR e production) per integrare al meglio i contenuti creator nelle strategie di comunicazione.Mantenere un costante aggiornamento sui trend del settore, piattaforme e linguaggi digitali.REQUISITI2+ anni di esperienza in agenzie o realtà simili nel campo dell'influencer marketing e digital PR.Conoscenza già consolidata del panorama dei talent, dei creator emergenti e dei nomi più rilevanti tra i cool kids della scena digital e lifestyle.Ottime capacità di scouting e gestione delle relazioni.Conoscenza delle principali piattaforme social (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) e degli strumenti di analytics.Attitudine strategica e sensibilità creativa.Passione per la cultura contemporanea, la moda e il lifestyle.Fuente in Italiano e Inglese
