At Lilly, we unite caring with discovery to make life better for people around the world.We are a global healthcare leader headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana.Our employees around the world work to discover and bring life-changing medicines to those who need them, improve the understanding and management of disease, and give back to our communities through philanthropy and volunteerism.We give our best effort to our work, and we put people first.We're looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.This position is offered through a 12-month fixed-term contract via a staffing agency.At Lilly, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, engaging and high-quality employee experience.In this role, you will join the HR team at our manufacturing site and support Learning, Development & Inclusion activities, partnering closely with the Director – L&D, Talent Management and Inclusion.You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth onboarding journey, coordinating training initiatives, and contributing to a culture of inclusion across the site.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and execution of onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.Coordinate induction activities, including room bookings, preparation of materials and logistical support.Contribute to the scheduling, tracking, and reporting of training initiatives, including those supported by interprofessional funds (e.g., Fondimpresa).Manage documentation related to training and induction programs, including participant registration and attendance monitoring.Collaborate in the design and continuous improvement of HR development and learning programs.Lead engagement initiatives such as "Coffee on the Stage," creating meaningful opportunities for interns to connect, learn and share.Propose and support inclusion-related projects at site level, using benchmarking and insights to drive impactful initiatives.Partner with external training providers to ensure smooth delivery and coordination of learning activities.Work closely with the HR team and Site Services to deliver a structured and consistent onboarding experience.RequirementsDegree in humanities, economics, or related fields.At least 1 year of experience in HRorexperience in event organization, back-office coordination, or basic communication roles.Good command of English (B2 level).Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and orientation toward internal customer support.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).What We Offer12-month fixed-term contract through a staffing agency.Access to the company canteen.1 day of weekly smart working.Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.If you require accommodation to submit a resume for a position at Lilly, please complete the accommodation request form for further assistance.Please note this is for individuals to request an accommodation as part of the application process and any other correspondence will not receive a response.Lillydoes not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status.#J-*****-Ljbffr
