Join to apply for theCompliance Engineerrole atTopcon Positioning Systems3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for theCompliance Engineerrole atTopcon Positioning SystemsTopcon Positioning Group is headquartered in Livermore, California, USA (topconpositioning.com).We design, manufacture and distribute productivity tools for developing a brighter future.Whether cultivating the earth or building upon it, Topcon brings innovation in workflow automation and seamless connectivity of data to construction, geopositioning and agriculture industries focused on developing a sustainable tomorrow.Learn more about working with us at topconcareers.comTopconPositioningis looking for a motivated and committedCompliance EngineerWorkplace:TOPCONoffice in Concordia sulla Secchi ( MO) or TurinThe job can be performed 100% remote ( Italy)Job Dutieswith visit to our TOPCON office when requiredDevelop, implement, and continuously improve internal processes related to cybersecurity and regulatory complianceIntegrate cybersecurity compliance requirements early into the product design and development lifecycle to ensure security-by-design principles.Create and maintain documentation templates, checklists, and software tools to streamline compliance workflows.Collaborate with third-party suppliers, external partners, and certification bodies to ensure adherence to relevant standards and regulations.Manage the certification process, including issuing, renewing, and tracking certificates and declarations of conformity.Maintain detailed technical documentation, including technical files, risk assessments, and Declarations of Conformity (DoC).Support the technical development teams in implementing and verifying compliance requirements during product development.Conduct risk assessments related to cybersecurity and safety design, identifying potential compliance gaps and recommending mitigation strategiesPerform audits and assessments of internal processes and external suppliers to ensure compliance standards are met.Provide training and guidance to team members on compliance standards, cybersecurity best practices, and regulatory updates.Contacting regulatory authorities and certification bodies to analyze and solve certain problemsMinimum Requirements For JobEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering);
