Developed in collaboration with leading academic institutions and competence centers, Osense operates on the next frontier of AI: explainability and causality.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid position for a Junior Sales / Pre-Sales professional. This role is designed for a junior profile with initial experience in software / Saa S B2 B, focused on building pipeline, structuring first contacts, and supporting the CEO in client and prospect meetings.Key responsibilitiesLead generation and qualificationIdentify target accounts and priority segmentsMap key stakeholders (ESG, risk, CFO, investor relations, etc.)Prepare and manage first-touch outreach (email, Linked In, intro calls) Meeting preparationResearch and collect relevant information on prospects before meetingsAlign on meeting agenda and objectives with the CEOPrepare and adapt materials (slides, short briefs, summaries)First-contact managementSupport in running exploratory calls with clients and prospectsTake structured notes and identify pain points, needs and opportunitiesExecute follow-ups (recap emails, materials, next steps in the pipeline)CRM and pipelineUse Hub Spot daily to log activities, contacts, and dealsKeep the pipeline clean, consistent, and up to dateSupport monitoring of commercial activity, priorities, and conversionInternal supportSummarize prospect requirements and pain points for the product teamContribute to building and refining sales scripts, templates, and playbooksRequirements1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or pre-sales, preferably in software B2 BOperational familiarity with a CRM, ideally Hub Spot (even at a basic but regular-usage level)Strong organizational skills: calendar and task management, follow-ups, documentation disciplineClear and professional written and verbal communication in ItalianWorking proficiency in English: able to read documentation, write emails, and join operational calls with international stakeholdersAnalytical mindset and comfort working with data at a basic levelA master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.What we offer• Compensation package aligned with experience and roleHybrid work model (home/office).
