Job ID: ******* | ADCI - Maharashtra - D80Amazon is seeking a Senior FinOps Analyst to support its Global Financial Audit program.If you view problems as treasures and enjoy diving deep to identify root causes and developing long-term, scalable solutions, this is the job for youThe position represents an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and high-paced environment in a role that supports a global organization and offers significant opportunities for rapid growth.Key Job ResponsibilitiesPerform audit reviews across Amazon's financial systems using Amazon internal and third-party audit tools with the highest degree of accuracy.Manage vendor queries/disputes on audit claims and identify the root-cause of vendor disputes, wherever applicable.Communicate with process owning teams to validate findings and reduce defects in the processes.Report on audit findings/defects on a regular basis.Coordinate with various accounting and finance vertical teams (Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable) to ensure procedures and controls are routinely applied while performing audit operations.Contribute to process improvements required to enhance controls and/or optimize team productivity.Contribute to standard operating procedure (SOP) enhancements and calibration.Actively participate in strategic initiatives and special projects, as appropriate.About the TeamGlobal Financial Audit (GFA) is a Finance function operating through both internal and external teams with the objective to recover missed or underbilled funding, overpayments and savings due to Amazon from current and prior periods.Scope includes Stores Vendors (Inventory), Non-Inventory Vendors (construction, contract compliance etc.), Corporate, Subsidiaries and affiliated business units, wherever possible.In addition, GFA works proactively with upstream tech and process owning teams to identify and reduce defects based on root cause reporting owned by GFA, and focuses on vendor experience improvements by reviewing vendor contacts/correspondence and monthly vendor experience metrics.Basic QualificationsKnowledge of Excel at an advanced level.Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.2+ years of finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, account receivable (collections) or general ledger experience.Preferred Qualifications1+ years of fraud audits/risk investigations experience.MBA.Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visitfor more information.If the country/region you're applying in isn't listed, please contact your Recruiting Partner.Posted:December 31, **** (Updated about 14 hours ago)Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability or other legally protected status.#J-*****-Ljbffr
