Role Reports to the HSM.Verifies and ensures that all activities are performed according to the TCM HSE Policy, the regulations, standards and procedures, promoting all preventive and corrective actions as required.Activity and Main ResponsibilitiesPerform the Job Hazardous Analysis (JHA) and participate in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA).Verify the adequacy and application of the Site HSE Plan and all related procedures, preparing any necessary revisions.Update the HSE documentation during all construction phases when deemed necessary.Ensure subcontractors perform their activities in accordance with all HSE applicable procedures, regulations and standards, promoting all necessary actions.Organize, plan and participate in periodical HSE walk-arounds, inspections and audits on site; prepare all relevant reports, action plans and verify the follow-up and timely execution of corrective actions.Organize, coordinate and directly participate in the HSE training activities on site.Organize and participate in all relevant site HSE meetings, prepare the minutes of meeting.Co-operate with the client concerning the issue of any necessary work permits.In case of work accidents, conduct a full investigation of the event, identifying corrective measures to avoid recurrence.Keep accident records, identifying areas where prevention must be addressed.Perform and/or promote the indoctrination/training of personnel.Lead and coordinate the activities of the Site HSE Committee (composed of all contractor and subcontractor HSE representatives).Lead and coordinate the site emergency response team and fire prevention/fighting team, organizing training and emergency drill mock activities.Prepare the HSE section of the construction monthly progress report and other periodical reports.Prepare and update the Site HSE statistics, verify performance versus the project and corporate HSE objectives, targets and performance indicators.Propose recovery plans in case of mismatch.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionEngineering and ManagementIndustriesIndustrial Machinery ManufacturingLocation: Milan, Lombardy, Italy#J-*****-Ljbffr
