The CompanyA major international energy group operating across renewable power generation and large-scale industrial infrastructure.With multi-billion-euro turnover, global operations and a strong reputation for engineering excellence, the business is driving the transition to clean energy through continuous innovation and investment in large-scale projects.The OpportunityThe company is strengthening its construction team in Italy and is hiring a Site Manager to oversee the delivery of utility-scale solar projects across the Lazio region.Key ResponsibilitiesStudy project scope, engineering drawings, BOM, purchase orders and subcontract packagesReport daily and weekly progress to the Project ManagerSupervise subcontractor installation activities with support from site engineersTrack and report all materials received onsiteCoordinate with Procurement and Logistics to secure timely deliveriesEnsure compliance with company technical standards, local norms, and project requirementsManage site facilities including offices, utilities (water, electricity, internet), cleaning and local supplier contractsAct as the site's safety representative ("preposto alla sicurezza")Interface with DL and CSE where requiredRequirementsMinimum 5 years of site management experience in construction (solar / BESS / EPC preferred)Engineering degree (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil) is an advantageStrong command of MS Office and AutoCADAble to lead, coordinate, negotiate and manage subcontractorsDetail-oriented with strong organisational skillsWilling to be based in PiedmontFluent Italian and EnglishBenefitsCompetitive compensation packageProfessional, supportive working environmentContinuous training and developmentCulture built on collaboration, innovation, and fast execution#J-*****-Ljbffr
