CHEF DE RANG, BARMain purpose: The Chef de Rang is responsible for the flawless delivery of bar service to our guests, whose satisfaction is the main objective of our team.Reports to: Bar Manager.Main duties & responsibilitiesDeliver bar service according to our standards and procedures in order to offer a tailor-made culinary and cocktail experience to our GuestsCoordinate the Commis de Bar during service if on dutyCreate and maintain a personalised interaction with GuestsResponsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the barResponsible for the equipment and supplies assigned to perform the serviceContribute to the achievement of the economic targets of the bar with a deep knowledge of the culinary and cocktail offer and appropriate suggestions and recommendations to GuestsComply with H&S national rules and company instructionsWe offerTemporary contract according to C.C.N.L.
