OverviewSisecam is a global leader in glass and chemicals with production facilities worldwide.We are seeking a Quality Manager to join Sisecam Flat Glass South Italy, located in Manfredonia, Apulia.QualificationsBachelor's degree in EngineeringMinimum 8 years of experience in quality management, preferably in glass industryStrong knowledge of customer complaint resolving process, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologiesExperience in managing quality processes across production plants and coordinating with cross-functional teamsAbility to present complex technical matters in a clear and effective wayExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishFluent in ItalianStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsResponsibilitiesSupporting the Regional Quality Manager in leading and managing quality operations within the assigned product group to ensure alignment with the company's vision, strategy, and strategic planManaging quality issues, non-conformities, and returns in coordination with regional execution teams and plant quality engineering departmentsCollecting, analyzing, and reporting quality data; providing guidance on quality methods and standards used in plant operationsMonitoring product and process quality performance, identifying trends, and implementing improvement actionsConducting root cause analyses for quality issues and implementing preventive measures across products, processes, and regionsLeading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiencyEnsuring compliance with internal and external quality standards, certifications, and regulatory requirementsCollaborating with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the value chainSupporting the development and implementation of quality training programs and best practice sharing across sites#J-*****-Ljbffr
