La divisione Sales&Marketing di Randstad Professional, specializzata nella Ricerca e Selezione di profili di Middle & Senior management, sta cercando per conto di unimportante azienda cliente quotata in borsa la seguente figura:TEMPORARY Senior Communication & Media Relations ManagerRiportando al Direttore di funzione, il candidato si occuperà di:Costruire solide relazioni con i media, sia offline che online.Assicurarne il presidio delle relazioni, definendo la media relations strategy, anche finanziaria, e i relativi contenuti, monitorando le attività di rilevanza aziendale, anche utilizzando lanalisi dei dati per stabilire KPI rilevanti e Misurabili.Costruire e mantenere una rete di influencer e opinion leader chiave, identificando partnership utili alla strategia di comunicazione.Elaborare e aggiornare i piani di comunicazione media, digitale e interna, per promuovere il posizionamento strategico verso tutti gli stakeholders di Riferimento.Garantire lallineamento, la coerenza e la continuità di tutte le attività di Comunicazione.Effettuare lo screening, lidentificazione e la gestione di potenziali casi di comunicazioni di crisi.Curare la gestione e lo sviluppo del brand, del sito web, dellintranet e dei social network.Organizzare e gestire le campagne di comunicazione e gli eventi interni ed esterni.Redazione di speech per il top management.Requisiti:Laurea in comunicazione, economia o equivalenteEsperienza di almeno 10 anni nel ruolo nelle attività di media relations, anche di comunicazione finanziaria (preferibilmente in società quotate), o a capo di uffici stampa avendo coordinato team di lavoro di media grandezza.Ottima conoscenza della lingua ingleseForte capacità di relazione con stakeholder interni ed esterniVisione strategica e integrataOttime doti di leadershipSpiccata capacità di analisi e approfondimento unitamente ad una visione sistemica dei problemiSede di Lavoro: RomaDurata del contratto: 9 mesi
