Senior Additive Manufacturing & Computational Recruitment Consultant | Bridging industry technical knowledge and top talent acquisition processes...SERVICE TECHNICIANWHAT YOU NEED TO KNOWPermanent, full-time positionBased in the Thiene, Veneto region, ItalyHands-on role supporting advanced industrial 3D printing systemsStrong mix of technical depth, customer interaction and international exposureSuitable for both early-career and experienced technical professionalsUp to 30% travelTHE ROLEYou will join a well-established additive manufacturing company that designs and supports high-precision industrial 3D printing systems used by customers internationally.The business has a strong engineering focus and works closely with its customers to ensure reliable, long-term system performance.As a Post-Sales Technician / After-Sales Engineer, you will support customers once systems are installed, providing remote and on-site technical assistance across hardware, electronics and software.You will be a key point of contact for troubleshooting, machine start-up and customer training, helping customers get consistent and dependable results from their equipment.For junior profiles, this role offers structured exposure to complex hardware, electronics, software and customer environments, with the opportunity to build deep expertise in industrial 3D printing.For experienced engineers, it offers autonomy, technical ownership, international customer engagement and the chance to influence service quality and diagnostic processes.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide remote and on-site technical support to customersDiagnose and resolve issues across electronics, hardware, software and system performanceAct as a first point of contact for customer technical queries via phone, email and digital channelsSupport machine installation, commissioning, start-up and customer trainingAccurately document cases and actions using a CRM systemCollaborate closely with internal engineering and service teams to resolve complex issuesTravel to customer sites in Italy and internationally when requiredContribute to the continuous improvement of diagnostic tools, processes and customer experienceEXPERIENCE & SKILLS(We are open to different seniority levels)Technical background in mechanics, mechatronics, electronics or similarExperience in technical support, field service, commissioning or troubleshootingAbility to analyse faults and work methodically toward solutionsConfidence working with hardware and software systemsAbility to read electrical schematics and mechanical exploded drawingsStrong communication skills and a customer-focused mindsetComfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced technical environmentWillingness to travel when requiredOrganised, precise and quality-driven in your workLess experience but strong technical foundations and motivation to learn are absolutely welcome.QUALIFICATIONSDiploma or Degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electronics or a related technical disciplineItalian and English, spoken and writtenSeniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManufacturing, Engineering, and TrainingIndustries:Engineering ServicesIndustrial Machinery ManufacturingManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at 3ECRUIT by 2xGet notified about new Technician jobs in Thiene, Veneto, Italy .#J-*****-Ljbffr
