Client Advisor – Seasonal Part Time (20h/weekly) | Rome Stone Island is a defiantly independent community founded in ****. Role Overview We are looking for a Seasonal Client Advisor Part Time (20h/weekly) from November until January to join our team in Rome. As a brand ambassador at our boutique, you will provide exceptional customer service, showcase our collections, and contribute to visual merchandising. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Ensure excellent customer service and maintain quality standards. Act as a brand ambassador to boutique clientele. Welcome, advise, and handle sales for local and international clients. Present the Stone Island universe and detail our collections. Provide personalized advice to meet client expectations and requests. Manage after-sales service and ensure follow-up with clients. Maintain visual merchandising standards, including window displays and product rotations. Acquire in-depth product knowledge and actively contribute to business development. Qualifications Previous experience in sales roles in fashion retail or hospitality; knowledge of luxury retail is a plus. Understanding of the luxury sector, KPIs, and product sensitivity. Service-oriented, strong communication, team spirit, and independent work capability. Reliability, punctuality, flexibility. Passion for retail, client service, and the luxury fashion industry. Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus. Digitally aware and open to new ways of working. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
