Overview The primary focus of this role is to manage AirSculpt's consumer marketing Email and SMS programs.This includes the technical management of campaign set up and deployment, as well as helping with creative, reporting and strategy.We're looking for someone who is passionate about customer and prospect communications, diligent about ESP and legal compliance changes, as well as identifying content trends and opportunities.This person should thrive in the fast-paced environment and bring a deep understanding of what performs best across the lifecycle of a customer to drive engagement that leads to conversion.About AirSculpt® AirSculpt® is a next-generation body contouring treatment designed to optimize both comfort and precision, available exclusively at AirSculpt offices.The minimally invasive procedure removes fat and tightens skin, while sculpting targeted areas of the body, allowing for quick healing with minimal bruising, tighter skin, and precise results.More than 50,000 AirSculpt cases have been performed in AirSculpt's 30+ premium locations throughout the U.S, Canada and the United Kingdom.ResponsibilitiesHelp lead the full CRM strategy across email, SMS, and push channelsDevelop segmentation and personalization strategies to deliver better resultsBuild audiences and emails (including dynamic content) in SFMCDesign and optimize automated customer journeys, nurture campaigns, and trigger-based flows (e.g. welcome, education, targeted offers, referrals, win-back)Manage CRM calendar and ensure alignment with broader marketing and promotional plans, as well as cross functional teamsAnalyze performance KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversions, unsubscribe, sales per send) and optimize accordinglyPartner with sales to ensure cohesive experiences across all lead touchpointsStay up to date on compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR) and best practicesManage CRM tech stack (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SalesForce Sales Cloud, Twilio)Collaborate with the full marketing team on strategy, tactics, campaign themes and promotions to ensure a consistent user experienceOther tasks as assigned by managementMinimum Job QualificationsMust have 5–7+ years experience specifically in email, and / or SMS marketing roles; DTC experience preferred (some experience with lead conversion is ideal but not required)Proven experience creating and scaling email & SMS programs that drive salesDeep understanding of customer lifecycle stages and behavior-based targetingProficiency with CRM tools and analytics platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Twilio, Looker, Google Analytics, etc.Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skillsStrong understanding of deliverability, compliance, and rules of email and SMS communicationsExceptional in critical thinking, problem solving and inquisitive mindsetPhysical DemandsMust be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours)Push / pull / lift up to 25 poundsBenefitsInsurance: Competitive choices for health, dental and vision coverage; 1x base salary in life insurance, plus Short-Term and Long-Term DisabilityRetirement Plan: 401(k) & Roth IRAPaid Time Off: vacation and sick days, as well as company holidaysCompensation $*****K plus bonus potential.Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant licenses or certifications.AirSculpt provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall,#J-*****-Ljbffr
