Join our Movement and Champion Restaurant CultureAt TheFork we believe that the best things in life happen around the table.As the leading restaurant booking platform in Europe, we connect the broadest community of loyal diners with the world's favorite restaurants.Powered by innovation and a deep passion for the restaurant industry, we create unique dining experiences across 11 countries.We're part of the Tripadvisor Group and proud to be building a diverse, people-first culture where "respect", "ownership", "growth" and "better together" values thrive.If you're passionate about food, technology, and making a real impact, your seat at the table is ready.Discover life at TheForkWe are looking for a motivated and passionateB2B CRM Specialistto join ourCentral Marketing Team.The role will sitwithin the B2B CRM Enablement verticaland willwork closely with the B2B CRM Senior Specialist & Data Analyst.The new hire will contribute to the implementation of B2B CRM projects at a central level,supporting cross-functional initiativesand collaborating with local and international stakeholders.The role will focus on developing and executing communication plans, monitoring campaign performance, and contributing to a consistent, data-driven CRM approach across countries.Build a campaign plan for CRM B2B and set up the B2B communications via HubspotIncrease the visibility of TheFork in order to acquire new restaurants and retain existing partnersCollaborate with different stakeholders (legal, pricing, B2B marketing...) to deliver efficient B2B campaignsWork on cross-departmental projectsReport, analyze & make recommendations to improve running local campaigns and develop new automated campaignsShare best practices on the cluster levelWho you are:Master's Degree in Marketing studiesYou've already had a first experience in CRMYou've already used one of the CRM tools (Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot, Braze, Adobe Campaign...)Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create inspiring newslettersA wide degree of creativity and passion for data analysisYou like playing with Customer Data and you have strong capacity of analysisUnderstanding of the digital marketingAbility to collaborate with different stakeholders, all levels of the organizationNative level of Italian, fluent in EnglishYou love foodWhat we offer you:A permanent contract (that can be useful in life)??
